ProMedical looks after the products delivered and ensures minimal disruptions in their life cycles from installation to upgrades and period maintenance operations. Disruptions must be kept to a minimum and reacted to quickly in order to ensure the flow of our clients’ operations.
Our staff is trained in maintenance and authorised to perform maintenance on the products by the manufacturers. We provide our services in co-operation with Nordic Service Group, who are authorised to perform maintenance on BK Medical ultrasound scanners, for example.
There are six ProMedical maintenance locations in Finland, which ensures quick access to maintenance services and fast repair processes. Our authorised maintenance staff can be found in Helsinki, Vantaa, Tampere, Kuopio, Oulu and Savonlinna. In the case of more demanding maintenance operations, ProMedical has an extensive maintenance network for the products represented by the company. Modern devices can often be connected remotely directly to the manufacturer’s maintenance service, which allows for repairing systems online, for example.
We offer maintenance agreements and preventive maintenance services for our products whenever necessary. In principle, our products have a warranty period of at least twelve months, but the warranty periods of various products can be extended if additional protection is required. We have the most frequently requested spare parts and supplies in stock in Helsinki. We will order additional spare parts from our suppliers with fast delivery.
ProMedical also provides its clients and their maintenance staff with regular training in maintaining and troubleshooting the acquired products. Maintenance training is agreed upon separately in each procurement, either with a separate fee or included in the price of the procurement. We co-operate closely with the maintenance and IT staff of our clients in order to keep the installed equipment base in good condition and up to date.
